wow! I'm envious... I need to wrap mine up! then i'll post pictures.

It looks great. What is the post on the driver's side of the bumper for? Are you doing a gas can holder there?

Jason

maybe for jerry cans /highlift mount/maybe a cooler rack too. am not sure yet. here is a pic of the driver side wing support. the dang resonator on the passenger side makes it a little more difficult. it is gonna bolt on to side wing and frame. this bad boy is now ready for powdercoat. the price on it went up when they saw it to $160..... which i guess still aint too bad:cheers:

If I hadn't just dropped a bunch of coin on my ironpig bumper I would buy that in a heart beat. Great work! Now start on some sliders and we will talk!

Sean, I tried to send you a PM for your bumper... your mailbox is full.

Thanks
Scott

Sean, thats HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT! See you Sunday AM!

What up Scotty!

on a 97 cruiser. clears fender flares. time to get to work on another. i am gonna use comp either comp 4x4 1750 spindle or thier new double shear design spindle setup because they are an upgrade from the a to z mega spindle and only a couple bucks more.

looks great!

That is just beautiful. How much extra weight would you say it adds?

Great job! Great looking bumper. I just received two spindle kits from Comp 4x4 and was really super satisfied with their quality and customer service I like that their spindles have a sleeve to fit in before welding that protects the actual spindle from becoming brittle and breaking. Weld the sleeve and then insert the spindle for final welding and the sleeve shrinks to the size of the spindle. I had a few questions about the proper way to set the sleeve and emailed them. I had an answer back in less than fifteen minutes and a link to their instructional videos. Good price, good product.

i am totally loving the comp 4x4 spindle kit. awesome..

Sean,

The bumper turned out great. Thanks for all the work you put into it!

wow...fantastic craftsmanship. would you consider biulding a setup like that for a later K5 Blazer? cheers, Bill

What are the design plans for the remaining spindle on the driver's side? Any chance you can integrate it into using the same over-center latch on the passenger side? It's nice to have multiple swing-outs...but they're difficult to latch all at once with the same latch.

You have an incredible design there....for $700, I need to send you a check!
