Looks like a nice fab up. I am always amazed at someone that can weld! My welds look like a 1st graders color book lines.
Are you putting hoops for quarter panel protection on there? Or do you find that isn't worth the extra set-up?
 
GOT MINE!

Got my "Sean" bumper installed this morning by the man himself. Outstanding piece of work; great fit, beautiful welds, clean finish, very nice powder coat job, and fully installed in a couple hours.

Id highly recommend if you are in the Arizona or California area to consider giving Sean a call if you are in need of a rear bumper.

bumper swing out tire carrier build

.188 and .120 rectangular tubing, 1/4 plate and .120 2" tubing. bolts on in 4 locations. rear crossmembrer must be removed to get it in tighter to the truck. 1250lb spindle comp 4x4 bearing housing, 2000lb de sta co latch. and adjustable tire mount for differant size tires and wheel offsets, 1" thick shackle mounts that go through bumper to frame and 2"reciever. coming along. will keep pics coming

These look awesome, I really like how you added the hoops on the side wings! I would love one of these too once my funds allow. We'll be in touch some time toward the end of the year I would imagine;)
