joint effort to Uwharrie

Hey all,
I am getting ready to join up with you guys and I thought I would offer up a small wheeling trip here in NC. I have posted on the ONSC board and would like to include you as well. I was thinking about a trip to Uwharrie in August, possibly the weekend of the 12th. Feel free to come the whole weekend or any one day if you wish. Now Jeff (horsehead) here is a chance for you to redeem yourself and go wheeling without rolling.

I really enjoy the company with ONSC but the wife and I have this cruiser bug a little hard and would like to do more. Jeff was telling me how much you guys do and it sounds like fun. We do have quite the drive down to your meetings from Greensboro, but we could always make a road trip. Hopefully some of you guys could make the trip as we can always use more company.

That is the weekend we have planned for out Tellico Trip.

The FJ Cruiser Trail Team is coming with us.

ok....well it looks like bad timing on my part...sorry guys...maybe next time. There are some of us NC guys thinking about going to tellico soon. If you want some company, you could always cross post on the NC board. I am sure quite a few would be happy to go.

thanks for the invite erymer, I know some of our guys would have loved to come if it hadn't been for Tellico trip that very same weekend. If you guys do another run sometime in the fall let me know and maybe we can get a joint trail ride going

no problem. I know most of the guys up here feel like we do not get to do enough cruiser related activities and are thinking of joining you guys as well. I mentioned on the ONSC board about the tellico ride so I am sure you will get some feedabck soon. Thanks JP.

what are the exact dates and who do I need to talk to about membership? Might as well go ahead and join and get it over with. I have the bug too bad.

well we will be having our big annual meet August 19th, it will be held near Pumpkitown SC...... this is the general time everyone renews their dues and it is our biggest turnout for cruisers usually. But if you can't make it that weekend you can always join via the mail..........

Are you and your wife planning on making the Cullowhee trip here in two weeks?
