Anybody have any? I fear the '97 Hyundai might be totaled. Windshield smashed by a falling branch. I gave it to a friend over a year ago and he still hasn't picked it up. I guess it's his loss.

The windshield frame is still good but the cars value is pretty low.

My dogs would argue that the backyard has sustained irreparable flood damage... I don't agree though, I believe we can rebuild.

so you're saying you have a free Hyundai sitting in your driveway ;). I'll be right over.

no damage here that I've seen so far except hurt feelings. People look at you funny wearing shorts, a t-shirt and sandals in this weather

I had to get up and pee during the night, which is unusual. I can only surmise that it was because of the constant sound of rain. I stubbed my toe on the bedpost on the way back. Cussed a LOT. Like 15 cuss words in 5 seconds, with some repeats.

Damn you Joaquin!!

Only damage here was to productivity.

I might get a sunburn today...
So much for all that.

The real damage up this way is the shortening of the Expo. Made it home, no drama, just wet driving. Will post more on that later with some pics.

Top blew off of the fire pit in the back yard and I've been too lazy to go pick it up. Doesn't look totaled.

I have so many leaves on my grass. Where FEMA when you need them. I blame Obama.

we have a few trees down in my hood here, blocked the road but no real damages......now , my parents in calabash, half their yard is underwater and all the roads are beyond curb deep.....pray they don't flood, as they just got new carpet on

I think my basil plant in the back yard lost a leaf.

Damn Rice, that's a serious basil plant. Mine never get more than about 12".

A good amount of flooding and trees down around here. Our ravine was a raging torrent yesterday when it was pouring for several hours straight. I'm guessing the beavers down stream are going into rebuild mode already.

Well this morning I changed the oil, oil filter, fuel filter, cabin air filter and engine filter on the tdi all in the middle of this raging apocalypse. It was tough going, but I took many beer breaks

yesterday the wind blew my hair into my eye, stung for a couple seconds. Still haven't yet to figure out how I'm going to recover from such devastation.
