I didn't know they sold just the bottom foam pad. The rest of my leather is in good shape so maybe I should consider doing just the butt leather?

For me this is not for show, so I don't care as much if the color match. It is your call to replace them all. I just want to try out the micro leather instead of leather this time. And chances are I may do full replacement front and back later. Yes Toyota/ Lexus offer individual foam pad. I replaced both bottom and top foam while I did my LX450 leather replacement, rides better than my LX570 seat.
