This just started happening a few days ago. I realized that the car was no longer beeping when locking via the FOB. Didn't think anything of it until I realized that the front passenger door was not unlocking when pressing the FOB twice or when using the door unlock button (I can still manually lock and unlock using the key and the lock/unlock switch by the inside door handle). The replacement motors are on the way and I bought a new Aisin actuator just in case. Seems like a good rainy day project.
