Well it is so good that we have a member of the club that the blunt of our jokes are about....of course I am talkin about JP. His very methodical wrenching tactics, his attention to detail, his proper use of tools, I mean who could be a better wrencher. Well I am here to tell you that it's not his fault...he is possessed...however ya spell it. See it his working environment of his house....his house has bad omens about it and is possessed. ....a couple of months ago the Landlord had to replace the water heater, well the crew that hooked up the water heater had crossed the electrical lines:doh: ....and we all know what happens with that. Then yesterday I was talkin to him on the phone and his landlord had come over to fix a "leak" in the sink. Well he was there less than 5 mins and JP was running up to help him turn off the water. Apparently he had taken the faucet off without shutting the water off, so it was like Old Faithful....JP said there was like standing water in the bathroom...hahaha. So ya see it really aint his fault.

Who was it that lost a wheel going down the road?

Hahahaha

I don't believe in bad luck...........

You had pretty good luck shortly after that downhill run of your tire. I hope you paid Alex well for stopping that thing.........

that was alex's good luck rubbing off on me ;) ............. that was the second time in about a month one of my tires went bounding away from my cruiser. This thread is really starting to help remind me of all the goof ball things I manage to pull......................... I have always been a walking disaster, those of you fortunet enough to be coming along on the Tellico trip will have the pleasure of hearing my dad bust my balls for all the dumb things I have done thru the years.......

Virgo how bad did Sanford (our landlord) flood Lee and Brians bathroom? Did he fix that damn faucet or did he get someone who knows what they are doing to come do it, and how about the faucet in our bathroom? I told him to get a plumber he is such a cheap bastard.

Okay...okay...ya'll mind if we put JP at the end of the convoy off and ON the trail at Tellico? LOL! Can't wait to meet his dad and get the scoop. Still, one of the funniest things I ever seen is JP's expression when he busted his leaf spring in that hole at the Powerline Trail. Bwaaaaaaaahaaaaaaaahaaaaaaaaa....heeeeeee Bwaaaaahaaaaahaaa!

Hey JP have you thought about specializing your degree in Failure Analysis or Quality Control?

I have the same degree that JP will soon have. I have specialized in Failure Analysis and Quality Control for the past 21 years. :grinpimp:

We prefer to call it Building Diognostics.

Marshal its ok to let JP design your house. Someone will have to check it and fix any and all mistakes he makes anyway you can't get it built until an architect stamps it since JP isnt licensed.

um this is residencial, no license required.......... but yes I will have a veterian architect looking over my shoulder :).......... I unlike richard don't know everything

Oh yeah I forgot SC doesnt give a damn. In VA you had to get anything over like 1500 ft^2 stamped or anything that a person would be living in.

I haven't heard that about VA. I know in NC, anyone can design a single family residence. I'm teaching new designers every day, although, I wouldn't let some of these yahoos design my house.

I worked for an architect for 3 summers and she used to stamp some stuff for people occasionally for a small fee. I may be off on my sizes it has been almost 5 years since I worked for her but I know she stamped stuff that way. On a side note I think every residence should be stamped because peoples lives are at stake.
