I purged a bit a while back, ( binge and purge...saves on lawnmower blades when you don't hit buried coarse spline birfs in a clump of weeds....)

the fuel tank is waaaay different than an early 40 one. I may know where an early 40 tank is tho, I'll ask him.

Don't have an ebrake cable. You tried Lordco etc? I got one for a 42 from there pretty cheap a couple years ago.

re your 40 series shopping list

I'm new to the forum, but since Enigma is looking for a gas tank, I thought I'd pipe up.
I have an under the seat tank from a 73 fj40 in apparently good shape. (It has been stored for a while, so may have accumulated a few flakes inside)
I also have a roll bar, in good shape...no extra bends.
I have a tire carrier as well.

I'm not out to compete with Sea Potato, so shop there first...

I have various other bits and pieces, so ask.
No hoods, or roofs though!

In terms of price, I'm saving for 2 new batteries...the less I have to wait the happier I'll be!

Do you still have the windshield frame? I just picked up a land cruiser (1975) and the bottom of the frame is rotted out. I'll be driving up to Courtenay on the aug long weekend if you still have any of them I'd love to swing buy and grab one.
