An island adventure for this mainlander

We (wife and I) took some advice from the lovely couple otherwise known as Sasquatch.tlc and toured your island’s north end. San Josef Bay and Side Bay were the highlights but we also enjoyed other places like Gooding Cove and some little towns. Can’t wait to go back and see even more of the island next year! Maybe even join up with some locals if possible.

Ultimately learned that sleeping in the truck isn’t ideal so here’s our new tent a couple days AFTER the trip! Lol

My wife (Angie) and I are heading back to Van Island again this summer. For at least a week sometime between Aug 1-9. Last year it was all north island and we want to go back to Side Bay to start. Then work our way to the south Island to close out the trip. Would love to meet up with any Island locals while we’re out there.
