saw it in a parking lot in Garden City, Long Island on Sunday. maine plates....long drive. the rear overhang seemed longer than mine, so wondering just what it was. overall, nice shape.

i didnt have time to wait....i did stand around for a few minutes, with my 40 parked right near it. unfortunately, maine doesnt have a registration sticker with the vin on the windshield like NY does. it did look longer in person....i should have taken a pic from the back quarter....my bad. por 15 on the frame, no real rust. nice rig.

it was painted silver, like the bumper and the running boards
that's an odd rig...... rear marker light in wrong location, early windshield frame, split hood, later turn signals, late doors.... looks like a custom headache to me

I agree that it's not a true 43. the overhang looks close to correct, but a 43 has a slightly farther wheelbase, which is easy to spot in the amount of steel between the seam behind the door and the wheel well. this truck has a 40 wheelbase, not the longer 43 wheelbase.
