Not much too add to the above posts. Also, 00295-01281 is for the transmission oil pan.
Oddly, 00295-00103 is listed as discontinued on several online Lexus and Toyota dealer pages. I just spoke with the local dealership here, and they told me they not only have 9 in stock, but have 13 more currently on order. It ships directly from the manufacturer, in a Toyota labeled box and tube.
The manual lists Three Bond as equivalent.

I just placed the order...lol. Also how do you remove the oil pan without damaging the alluminumWell, you could have gotten it from Amazon, with the link I sent you...
So bottom pan ( which is were I have a Leak ) just unbolt and pan drops OFF?Just a note, when taking the upper pan off you need to disconnect the oil level sensor wire and crank case position sensor wire. Unbolt the trans lines of the side of the pan. Unbolt the dip stick on the intake plenum. Take out starter. Unbolt the trans from the upper pan. Loosen the motor mount on top and bottom all the way but leave the nuts on. remove lower pan and remove the bolts and two front nuts I Leave a nut on the front stud and a bolt hand tight when prying so the pan does not fall. Don’t forget about the 3 bolts under the lower oil pan. Remove the sway bar and front drive shaft. Trust me you want to do this step. Jack the front of the engine a couple inches either with a floor Jack on the harmonic balancer (not preferred because it blocks the two nuts in the timing cover that hood the front of the pan. or with a hoist from the front engine lift point. there are two pry points in the rear on each side you can shove a large flat head in and pry it will be very hard to break that initial seal. If you have two people it will make your life much easier on install. That pan is almost 3 feet long and the clearance is tight don’t want to smear the new FIPG!! Good luck not a fun job.
That’s slick I’m buying!...or you could use this nifty SST:

...from the service manual
which would impress me a lot more if it was, oh say, 10 times larger than it is! You can literally hide this thing in your hand and have room to spare. A replacement, in the the correct size, IMO, is on my to do list for a rainy day.
