Is there a replacement parking brake assembly? (1 Viewer)

My bell crank is shot and I have tried rebuilding it several times only to have it work for a few months and than freeze up. Are there any replacement parts? I found a similar one on advanced auto parts, its a dorman oe solutions Part # 924-752 but it says it doesn't fit. I am wondering if anybody has tried it and modified it too work? Or any other advice for it would be much appreciated!
