Is the carpet for the '96 LX450 different than LC?

I only see Toyota LC options on Auto Carpet for Car, Truck, Van - Stock Interiors. I emailed them about the LX450 and they said they didn't have a kit for that. Is there something different that would prevent the LC kit from working on the LX? It's the exact same foot print right? What wouldn't work?

It’s the same. Order from stock interiors. Get the upgrade ultra plush cut pile, and add mass backing. You won’t be disappointed.

I've not used stockinteriors product but I can vouch for OEM, with backing, it's 100% perfect fit. As designed. I figured it lasted 16+ years, might as well stick with the same stuff.
