Hi all,
Been looking for a Land Cruiser for awhile now searching through all the common online sites. Then one day I was walking my dogs in my neighborhood and notice an '88 Fj62 parked on the street. The owner was in his garage. I told him, "nice fj62." He said "thanks, wanna buy it?"

...and here I am.

The information on this forum is also a reason I purchased this vehicle. I'm looking forward to the endless tinkering.

Roof is good. Rain channels are full of leaves. That high lift jack is rusty af though.

Needed a new fuel pump. It's running now.

Ah those leaves looked like some pretty bad rust, good to hear that's not an issue then.

Get the factory service manuals printed out and start studying. Lots of tools you’ll need are gonna be over sized. Some things that you would buy off the shelf don’t fit and some things are specialty and you won’t find them on the shelf.
