Sir, I hate to say this and I am not comfortable doing it. BUT, here is the update of your rack: (it will be picked up at Inti next week with other personal parts that I ordered). Why? because I send you at least 3 emails asking for the payment with a deadline; even though I got the money on the deadline, the time was not at 10:30 am, the money was supposed to be in my account at 6:00am. "time when the truck was on its way to Inti to pickup the other racks".
You knew about this and I don't understand why you were specking the rack last Friday, since you don't even have a tracking number from DHL?
So the rack will be picked up next week, packed and delivered. This process takes an additional week. I will:
1. let you know when the rack is picked up.
2. let you know when is packed.
3. Let you know when it is in DHL and will EMAIL you the tracking number.
This is first time I have this issue, don't mean to be rude. But, the truck charges a FIXED rate and that means that I lost money because your rack was supposed to be in that truck that date with the 50% remaining paid. Even though I told you that there was going to be an additional fee for this issue, I am not going to charge you because I don't want any more back and forward with this rack.

By the way, the other racks were delivered yesterday, I just got the tracking numbers and will send them to each one by EMAIL.
Juan can you give me an update on my rack?I was hoping to see my INTI last Friday so I guess I'll have to wait till tomorrow
