This bumper is high and tight. Total weight was 75lbs. I really like that it's a two piece design. Bolt on the frame mount, then bolt on the bumper. Makes it a one person job.

Recovery points are right below the center section cut out for the winch, where the wing support bars attach. I am debating running a winch, I have a WARN 12k from my old 80 series LC. The 12k will fit but I will have to french it in to the grill...:). There must be something wrong with me because I have always wanted to do this. All other 8k/9k winches will fit. Not sure about ones that have the solenoid integrated into the design, like the new WARN Zeon series. I would check with Addicted Off-Road about what fits, they will know. The winch mounts on top of the frame rail...finally someone did this!

I saw this when he posted in FB and liked it. My concern is the sharp angle where the wings meet right below the light bar. I can just see my knee cap hitting it....

At 75lbs it think it’s a as light as @Kavik aluminum bumper. What was total price with shipping?

Unless you are Helen Keller you should be fine...:). Your upper thigh would hit the light tabs before that edge. I am 5'10", my knee is below that part of the bumper by two inches. I had a BIO bumper before and the recovery tabs were really exposed. I only hit my knee once on them.

Shipping to a business is $125, price on the website is $1,174, mine was $980 on sale. They run sales quite often, I would sign up on their website for alerts.

I really like that.
Debating selling my ARB now......

Oh man, thanks for that pic! That’s a pretty good deal!

I was surprised at how strong and sturdy the Addicted Off-road bumper is. I thought I was giving up some strength for a 50 lbs of weight savings. My old BIO bumper was a behemoth weighing at 125 lbs +. At 75 lbs this bumper and the wings feel dead solid. Scotty really has this bumper design dialed in.

Looks great @Newps. I think I'm going to pull the trigger on this bumper. How long between order and shipping?

On their website, it mentions trimming may be required. Did you have to trim any area during installation?

Mine was already to go because I had a BIO bumper on before. It's just the little bumperettes that need to be ground off.

I wonder if they will do a version that supports a mild (1/2") body lift? Thinking about doing that, If I do, my custom bumper from Trail Tailor is going to look weird. It's not a real tight fit on the sides right now.

Hey @Newps, if you get a chance, can you please snap some pics of the inside of the bumper for a look at gussets/reinforcements?
Thanks

The wings get their structure support from the tube bars below and the thickness of the metal. It is solid, if you bend this bumper then you are more than likely bending your frame as well.

Ok, thanks. Ordered 1 today

Looks great! Before I saw your post point out the recovery points, I was like, where are they??
