Could be that they sold out. All the ones that I had been "watching" were sold. I put all of them on my watch list when I first saw them on ebay. If they added more, I didn't see it.

Interesting.... I got mine today (sorry Scott - but don't try to outbid me at the last minute ) and went to leave feedback. The seller is no longer a registered user. Hmm, wonder if the sale of these was on the up and up Not saying it wasn't, but this whole thing is just odd.

Mine is only for trail spare. I have a few new OEM I keep in the truck too already mated up with long and short inners for a quick swap

You can reuse the existing or if you had the tools required you could make them up in the garage

I have the new newer Newfileds. BUT not the newest new newer Newfileds.
I got a pair in 2002 and they wore out (had slop, the bell of the birfield would ring when you went from D to R).
I forgot to write down when I got them replaced BUT CVunltd did replace them and said they had a new and improved (had a different vendor make them) Newfiled.
BUT this pair had to go beck to CV so they could mark up the area so the ABS ring would say on. The ring are was no in spec. so they marked them with a punch.
The ring does stay on now.
I will have to do a search to see when I replaced the new newer Newfileds.
So far they are ok.


I wounder if the ones on ebay are the old ones the wearout to fast OR are the ones with the out of spec. abs ring?
Even if they are the old ones, they would make great spares.
