Will these fit a manual seat ? Are manual seats just a cut out only for controls…same frame I’m assuming ?

Any experience with using these Chinese eBay reproduction covers ?

I can't speak for the 80 series fit, but my daughter just did some on her 4Runner and they look pretty good. A little loose on the sides. I'm curious to see how long they'll last.

I can’t speak too the front seat ones but I’ve had them on my second row for 6+ years with two dogs, kids, and muddy hunting buddies abusing them. They have held up great and are easy to wipe clean.

The PO of my 80 installed Marathon, canvas seat covers that fit perfect and have really held up well. Just my 2 cents.

Those look like they’re made for power seats, so to answer your question, no I don’t think they will fit.
