Do you have any air leaks? Check all the clamps and listen fit air leaking when boosting, a small leak will throw everything off.
Something not right
wow that's pretty high... I was at 1000F going 80km/h in rogers pass on the 10 mile hill. in calgary when I drive up 19th I am maybe at 800F going up it at 30km/h. I have not touched my boost or fuel.
i normally agree with you crusher but this sounds wrong
10 psi max with extremely low power i would say you have problems
sounds to me like a blocked exhaust / muffler
whats the condition of your filters like ?
how long does the truck take to start
?
sweet jesus that would be fun at 15 psi.
No intercooler tho, can't that be a bad thing.
Not sure if you come by Red Deer often but I can have a look if you like. Just finished tuning a 1HD-T for my buddy. Running 15 psi of max boost no intercooler. Still have to lean out the fuel cause there is still a little black coming out the exhaust at full boost which is just wasted fuel.
Launches way harder off the bat, EGT's can climb fairly fast will have to do more testing after some more minor adjustments.
I told him to keep a close eye on his Pyro and to back out when it gets to the 1200 mark. It's not a push the pedal and don't worry tune. It goes fast but you have to back out of it. But that is what he wants so that is how I tuned it. It launches hard in comparison to a stock 1HD-T.
