6301 2RS is a very common bearing, good parts or hardware store, bearing supply, electric motor repair shop, etc.

Or just don't run an idler pulley? Pulled my loud one off with the intent of replacing the bearing and just never put it back on. Been 6 or 7 years now.

Or just don't run an idler pulley? Pulled my loud one off with the intent of replacing the bearing and just never put it back on. Been 6 or 7 years now.
For the alternator side, agree, really don't see the point of it. The only usefulness I can see is making noise with cogged belts, pitch it in the recycle, replace the bolt with a shorter one and run whatever belts are available.
The A/C idler adjusts belt tension and is the one that can have the bearing replaced.
