Idle surges after TPS Changed

I recently changed out my TPS because of throttle issues I was having and now at idle the motor surges up and down. When I go to give it gas I get no response. Tried to find the settings from the FSM but was unable to find a clear answer on that. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Throttle position sensor adjustment is in the fsm, for sure.

If you have a way to read the throttle position you can "cheat" and set it that way. That info is here too. Just have to look through threads till you find it. Something like %10 open at idle, some other % wide open. Likely posted by Tools r Us a few times.

You want it between 7 and 11% at idle. Between 65 and 75% at WOT
