These are all behind the gauge cluster/bezel. None are currently hooked up to anything. (My truck has the bare bones cluster with only speedo, fuel and temp gauges)

#1
Left side of that space behind the cluster.

#2
Also left side
A: These 2 bulbs flash when the flashers are on. The left/right turn signal indicators in the cluster flash also - DO I NEED TO KEEP THESE TWO FOR ANY REASON?)
B: What is the taped off white wire?

What are the white plugs for? (the blue goes to the cluster)

This plug is a little farther back on the harness behind the 2 white plugs and the 2 blubs mentioned above.

Bulbs should be going to your cluster. I've got two unused plugs as well to the left of my cluster. Believe one is for the factory lockers, the other is the air filter warning light.

The plug with the single wires in a verticle configuration, I have no idea.

I have a factory locker switch hanging down under the dash that is already wired.
The 2 bulbs were in the cluster bezel on the left side behind a single asymmetrical "lens" that HAD an alert triangle in white over a red background (until I accidentally hit it with brake cleaner -DOH)
Pics of cluster for reference (speedo "converted" to MPH with a sticker procured here on MUD)

I have a light bulb on lower right that shows when glow system is active.
Do you have a stereo system? Is it wired with OEM connector?

The plug shown in @prwillard2’s photo looks like my BJ74 stereo connection to me.
It looks like the plug at the bottom of your photo #3 has 7 pins in it.
Could also be stereo. Power, Memory, Ground and 4 wires for front speakers.
Maybe other plug is for rear speakers.

#3 - Looks like H4 and the H4/Hub combo plugs to me. Both are back there and one isn't used. One fits the two button Hub Lock and H4 the other fits the single button H4.
