I'd hate to be a groundhog in our fine nation...

Back on topic . . . . (you know I NEVER get OT) . . . . I believe our administration should really take a hard look at the claims these groundhogs are making and employee some type of precedent-setting communication, even executive order, to curb the rampant spread of these groundhogs as true weather experts. Maybe even some nasty tweets that "set the record straight" and provide some real alt facts about their accuracy.

Sounds like a lot of work Jamie, we just turn the dogs loose on them. :) I've actually seen Max go at it with a groundhog, he won but got the roof of his mouth punctured. Groundhog has not been seen since.

So next GH day we go to PA and just as that little beast starts out of his GH house we release the hounds! That should be exciting.

3rd Nor'easter in 10 days for us.
Today's shoveling and it's still coming hard.

I go in the store and see all these people buying milk and bread. My only logical conclusion is that milk sandwiches are the preferred storm food.

My motto since I moved down south 18 years ago and see/hear the weird sheeet....

I remember when I first moved to Hendersonville and they canceled school just because they PREDICTED snow. Where I grew up if it started snowing the bus driver would have the kids throw the chains on and we kept going  uphill both ways..............

Well crap, this is happening in CLT right now, and the sun has come out since I snapped this pic 3 minutes ago. Still snowing. Oh why didn't I buy bread yesterday????
