Hzj80 95 indicator issuses.

Hey guys need your help.
I have a 95 hzj80. I had a winch fitted at the start of 2017. Was the start of the power issues i dont think the winch is the problem. Wired straight to the 2nd battery. A few days after the winch was fitted my headlight dimmer switch would not work. Everything else was fine.
Replaced the dimmer.. making sure i didnt mix the wires up in the plug with pictures and wrote it all down.. now its all back together. I cant get the indicators to work.. hazards flash on the dash cluster but nothing from the indicators..
I have tryed relays from my mates working cruiser.. cleaned every earth point i can fine. Still nothing. Im thinking the combo switch is the problem..i have opened it and cleaned all the contacts. How can i prove it is the combo switch? Or do you guys have any other ideas.

if you dimmer ain't connected or working as expected nothing else in the dash lights wise ( lights controlled by the dimmer ) would work ..

I have everything wired back together as it was. Only difference is a new dimmer switch..thats working fine. Im tracking the wires atm checking for any damaged wires.. 60% checked so far and all seem fine
