Do you happen to have a photo of the wires going into the connector so I can see which plug number correlates to which color wire?
Did you ever sort this out? I'm retro-fitting this accessory gauge setup in an 89 hj75 and with a brown Davis long range tank, i believe the sender is a 90 Ohm unit? Is the resistor on the gauge a 56 Ohm?Thanks, I really appreciate it fellas.
I was able to find one combo that produced O% instead of 100% that all other combos spit out, so I feel like im getting warmer...
I double checked the tank and it's definitely on the empty side.
Going to take some resistance readings of each wire compare how they change after throwing in some fuel. Hopefully that could point me to the correct wires.
