Stay safe guys. Wife and I are looking to head down that direction the weekend of the 30th. Hopefully things will not be horribly bad recovery wise for you.

I have some large limbs down, none hit anything, though. I moved the 40 out from the maple tree, and a 4 in. limb landed where it was. My neighbor had a large oak tree come down on his house. lots of damage there. I have a leak in my living room from one of the dormers and a small part of the ceiling came down, but no big deal. I know someone who does that stuff. We lost power around 9 this am, but back on by 5.
Hope everyone else is good. Let me know if I/We can help.

I hope everyone has been safe with the hurricane!! I also hope no one got much in the way of property damage. Looks like the storm was rough in SC, but mostly rain in nc.

I'm stuck here at durhamtown off-road park. They baricaded off my entire county and aren't letting anyone back in yet. Curfew at night and they already arrested some looters. I haven't seen any reports of damage in my neighborhood but I'm pretty sure this is day three with no power.

Once I get home and settled let me know if any of you guys need help, I'll head up your way and give a hand.

I just have a lot of debris around...should get most of it cleared up today.

So they know they have looters, but won't let you back to home? Yeah, that makes sense. Never before have we had a more controlling and intrusive government. Last year they closed schools because it was too cold; no ice, no snow, heat worked at all schools, but it was too cold for kids to walk to the bus stop. Welcome to the nanny state, they know what's best for you...obey.

My house is good, only lost a section of my fence. Power and water both on.

Looks like I got lucky this time.

All good here.

Finally wrapping up crisis management. Luckily no damage at our home, but my fathers house took on 2-3 inches of water in the basement. Other homeowners that I work for have had it bad. Helped them all get things on the right path. Worked nonstop for days now. I'm exhausted. Powers not on and isn't supposed to be for a while. Our county is still closed off to people returning. I've heard that edisto to Hilton head got it the worst. I could believe it.

I'm being told we got 3 ft downstairs at the house on Litchfield. Finding it hard to believe. I just hope the lawnmower got taken out because I hated that thing. Most of the downstairs was block with stucco and very little wood. Hoping all this is exaggerated and we had nothing. It hit right at high tide for us. Will know the final outcome today.

I DIDNT HAVE ANY DAMAGE BUT SOME OF MY NEIGHBORS IS SHADOWMOSS HAD FLOODING AND DAMAGE. LOT OF RACKING AND CHAIN SAW ACTION

Hey guys , finally got my power back here in west Ashley. A BIG tree came down in my driveway and took out a bunch of power lines. Thankfully very little damage to the house. I am thankful, it could have been much worse . I am looking forward to a hot shower tonight ...

My water line. Basically the whole island had a foot of water. Not as bad as I thought. 5k deductable so I doubt we will hit that. I'm just glad it took out the lawnmower. I hated that piece of crap.

Glad everyone is doing pretty good! We are still without power, but most everyone else's is back on! Just waiting and thankful we didn't have anything more than broken limbs!!

We just got our power back. Still waiting on internet, but thankful that this wasn't worse. We expected the power outage to last quite a while longer.

I was expecting power to be put lots longer than it was...we were lucky, only 7 hrs
