How to do deal a f@&k face dog owner???

One of my neighbor walks his dog around the complex and let it sh!t and piss anywhere and everywhere, the worst part is he doesn't pick any of it up. I have asked him to picked it up before, I also asked him not to walk his dog inside the complex but rather around the parameter. His reply was, "it's going to land where it's going to land." I have contacted my landlord regarding the issue, he asked me to wait for HOA and asked me not to confront the dog owner. So far it has been 2 weeks and the landlord doesn't seem to care, I text him for updates but he got nothing.

I have a video clip of his whale size bitch girlfriend letting their dog unload and they walked off into the sunset. Well it happened again this morning, I saw him let his dog poop right in front of my place but it is not on my personal property. It smells horrible and the bad part are the flies, they come in the house here and there and quickly exterminated but knowing where they have landed...

Another thing... I walked to my car and his dog jumped on me twice, it was not on a leash, the leash was actually on the guys belt for some reason but not on the dog... Can I beat the snot out of the dog??

Ok, angry ranting is done, any advise on what I can do?

Whatever you do, DO NOT touch the dog even as a friendly petting! Retribution from it's owner could be a bitch if they know you've officially complained to the HOA.

Regarding the poop, perhaps you could pick it up in a plastic bag, tie it shut and go deposit it on their lawn. Do this only for the poop on YOUR property and not public/HOA property. Perhaps they'll get the message. Catch them in the act and yell at them like a madman scaring the crap back into the dog getting it to do it's business elsewhere!

Well... it's not on my property, that's why its so frustrating but it's barely 10 feet from my front door. They also live upstairs so no front lawn, only a stair case to their front door. If it was on my property, I would have taken drastic action towards that poor animal, the human.

The day I asked him to walk his his dog else where, he let his dog s*** right next to my LC driver door, if I didn't smell it, I would have stepped on it.

Do what I did, take a picture of the dog and the owner together while their mutt is taking a s***. Make sure to get the owner's face. Then print out a bunch of color copies and label it "Stop being a douche bag owner, pick up after your dog!" Then tape the pictures all over the complex.

They knew it was me that did it but A) I'm a lot bigger then he is and B) I didn't give a s*** what he thought because he was wrong but more importantly C) he stopped doing it.

Document it...send it via certified mail to the complex owner.. saying how its a safety and health hazard...Do it a few times.
If you get no response ....one day slip and fall on said poo....call any T.V lawyer.....enjoy your new 2014 Land Cruiser .....lol

I have been caught without a bag a few times and I will look around for newspapers that are wrapped in bags to pick it up. I have even gone all the way home to get a bag and come back to pick it up. But I felt soo bad just walking away even though I was going to come back and pick it up. I did not want people to think I was this guy that you are having issues with. Hate owners like this! I say drop trow and leave a Man Pie on the hood of his car!

I say get a latex glove and swing that poop at their front door.. if you going to pick up poop from a dog that has nothing to do with you make it count...

I would start returning the poop to his porch, every time and not in a plastic bag so in the end he has to pick it up. This way he might learn that it's easier to pick it up when it happens to save the stench on his patio
