How much bumper movement is ok?

Went wheeling yesterday and mounted a camera on my driver's door. I was watching my video today and i noticed that my arb sahara bar was moving... I think.. It was kinda hard to tell if it really was moving a lot or if it was shadows from the tree branches. Basically, do you think my bumper is moving too much? Tomorrow i will go and check the mounts. How much movement is acceptable?

Your body is moving on the frame, not the bumper moving.

Thanks for the clarification loud. After thinking about how a bumper is mounted, I realized this. I just didn't realize that the body moved that much.

Could worn out front shocks cause the body movement? My passenger side moves more than the driver side at 70 mph.
