Once again I am in need of a Cruiser. My 64 FST got snatched up by a guy who had to have it and now I am looking for something else. I am not above a project vehicle but would like at least a "driver". Budget of $3K-$5K. I have had both 60s and 40s and can say that I am fine with either. Post up what you got and I will get back with you or PM me and we will go from there. Not especially picky as long as it is a Land Cruiser - heck, I may even consider an 80 series. Thanks in advance.

Brian.

Oh and here are some pics of my past garage queens.

In further clarification on locality... I would not be interested in anything I would have to trailer to 77546. If I can drive it home, the :princess: is at peace.

Kyle, your 60 is the tits! Would it fit in a 7' garage? Do you believe it would make the trip? Awesome rig!

I set my door to 7' and it cleared. I would say it comes in at 6'11". If you think yours is 7' I would say you need to measure it exactly. the entena did tuch by about 1.5 inches and flexed to clear but no problems. I pulled allthe way in and back out, so it cleared front to back.

yeh If I had to I would make that drive and I feel the truck would make it fine. But it would be hel* on the tires and to run even back roads it would be a long trip of high revs on the motor. 2hrs is the max trip I have ran in it. I would say it would be way better to trailer it. If we were going to possibly make a deal and you were willing to go with my asking price I would be able to deliver it. It would be a $600 deposit up front non refundable. Or if we work a deal for less than my asking price it would be a meet half way for delivery. I would say a 4-5 hour trip would be the max I would say to drive without killing the tires and realy running the motor hard.

I have this. In Dallas.

No clue why the link isn't working. So....

Beige, 84. If you are on Facebook, I can friend you, so you can see the photo, or text you the pic. If you want it via text, then just p.m. me the number.

The following is the wording I have on Facebook:

For sale. $4000. Or best offer. Welded rear third member, new steering box, and pump. New brake booster, proportioning valve, and master cylinder. Rear converted to disc brakes. A/C converted to 134a, and blows good and cold. It has been wheeled, by the two previous owners, and shows the physical signs of such. However, runs strong, works hard, and even wearing the scars of wheeling battle, she's still beautiful.
Message me if interested. I am only selling to fund finishing my other 60, the 40, and maybe get the 55 started...
Bike rack NOT included.

Honestly Kyle, My absolute ceiling is $5K and I would feel that I stole your 60 for that. Would I LOVE to have it... YES!.. but a trip that far is not really in the cards right now. Gonna look a little closer. It amazes me it is still for sale considering both it's upgrades AND your willingness to bend on price. Are things THAT bad in the Sunshine State?

Good luck and Thanks!

I just want the truck to go to a home that it will continue along with the restorations or be used on a normal basis. I realy hate to look out my back window and just see it sitting there with all the time and effort I have put into it.
we had a new son and never get a chance to go out anymore and don't have the funds to keep going alond with the plans I have for it.
