Don't let frustration spend your money - there's nothing wrong with your relay, nothing wrong with your horn(s).
Coolerman made it simple when he posted: "again: The horn button should be grounded on one side and the other side should be attached to the Horn Relay S terminal. The B terminal has battery power on it. When you press the horn button you are GROUNDING one side of the Horn Relay causing it to pull in which routes battery power out to the horns causing them to blow".
