Tom your rig looks first rate; I like the grey POR primer. I have used grey under my running boards. We are spoiled here in Arizona with the dry, mild climate. I am the same way, start one thing then find there are other things to do. Yours looks great!!!! I take it you are very happy with the POR 15? I plan on using it on my frame
Thanks...

I've seen the recent criticisms of POR15 but I still prefer it to any other primer I've tried.
Hell... I've been having trouble with getting my recently-stainless-sleeved brake master to work to my satisfaction and yesterday was forced to remove it and disassemble it again. I never spilt a drop of brake fluid during removal but succeeded in saturating the whole cylinder's exterior during dissassembly.

So that's another plus for POR15... Spilt brake fluid won't damage it!
As for my brakes...I'm about to go for a drive with the trailer to get a xmas tree ... so this'll be another brake test ... But as it sits in my driveway now, the pedal feels hard and travel stops at a good height from the floor ... So my fingers are crossed.

PS. You wouldn't believe the theories I've been checking out in relation to my master problems... I would have started a thread and asked for ideas ... except I kept having brainwaves about what I felt sure was happening and I've been too busy checking them out..
(Damn dual-circuit brake master cylinders! No matter how much you think you know they always give you grief! Should go back to single-circuit I reckon!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Edit a few hours later: Brakes passed the test. No gradual-pedal-sinking on long downhills, the pedal always stops a good height from the floor, and no sign of leaking fluid near any of the joints. Oh yeah... and of course it stops well too, even with the extra weight of my big trailer behind. (Tomorrow it is back to touching up all the paint I disturbed ..yet again.. If I don't do this I find the rust starts to appear in just a matter of days.)
