Looks like we could use some sodas and deserts and I'll setup a cooler with ice for drinks. Also if someone could volunteer to pick up Rudy's that would be great. I think we just sent someone with a check the last year or 2?
I'm picking up beer today and we've got some misc wine.
And YES is it ROAD not court...surprised I missed that being that we have had shipping issues

Looks like we are up to 19 people total at this point so planning for 25+ seems about right. I'll see what Rudy's suggests and or has on special. How do we pay? Is it a charge it and get reimbursed later or can we write a check or get cash?

Great! Still waiting to hear back from Rudy's after emailing for a quote for 28 people. They offer group meals with everything you need...
Group meals include any combination of Brisket, Turkey, Chopped Meat, Pork Loin, or Sausage and your choice of 3 sides. Includes sliced pickles, onions, jalapenos, fresh bread, Rudy's "sause", plates, plastic cutlery, napkins, tea, sweetners, lemons, cups, and ice.
