I think if it runs and drives that it's not a bad deal at all. You'll find a lot of people asking a lot more for a worse fj55 than that. At least you've got at fairly stock rig to start with here, not someone else's hair brained ideas, and bird turd welds...

Really Train?
The Iron Pig has been, IMO, the red headed step child of the Landcruiser world. Most people think they are ugly, The 40 probably out sold it 10 to 1 or better and still out paces the pig in value despite being in much greater numbers.
I guess maybe the Pig is starting to gain some traction.
FWIW I bought mine(76) two years ago, it's in better condition and I paid less than half that and I think it is beautiful.
Listening to the Toyota Trucks and trails podcast. In an interview with Cruiser Outfitters Kurt he gave advise when asked which cruiser series to buy. His response was it doesn't matter and "Just pick the one you think looks the coolest". I couldn't agree more.

when they are solid and done right, the FJ55 is the perfect Land Cruiser IMO, and I have a 40, 45, 60 and 80....

Ornch is a + for Oranginal color 😘. 40s always outsold 55s because they were competing with Hack cough phlem Jeep 💩 and Yota focused all there advertisement on da 40s not the 55s 😘. Dats "Y" da 40s are Mo poplar dan da fitty5s 😘. Advertisment play a Key roll in production. If Ads were 55 focused sales would be higher!! But there was no competition. That's why the 40 was promoted more 😉😘. To beat da Cheap I mean Jeep 🤣

Solid and done right eliminates over 99% of them. :flipoff2:

Unless that one has some real pleasant surprises inside and under the hood it's way overpriced IMO. But hey, it's a dealership so what do we expect?

What’s the going price for a good front floor mat and good rear seat floor mat?

Which guy is that?
