Alright, I'm in the middle of desmogging my 81 Fj60 and I've read the desmog threads until my eyes started bleeding and I think I understand everything and what to hook up and what to junk. But when I got to the High Altitude compensator, the bottom hose was just dangling and not hooked up to anything, so I put the white cap on it just for fun. The only thing I haven't been able to find is where this is supposed to go, or if it's even supposed to be hooked up at all. I'm in East Idaho so I definately will be needing it. Thanks.

it should have about 18 inches of black hose that runs down to the inner wheel well. it will then terminate there. no hook up just a loose breather. dont plug it let it breathe

OH! It's supposed to hang down there? Cool, thanks man. :D
