Kroger, son. Frozen in a bag. I gave up trying to make good biscuits.

We're topping burgers with the PB tonight.

Bought this hunk of meat since I couldn't bit off the $100 for beef tenderloin ... looking for ideas on smoking. Thoughts?

Mmmmm ribs.
Super easy method. Mix half rendezvous seasoning and half brown sugar with a little salt for the rub. Smoke on the egg at 250 for 4 HR. Don't worry about wrapping or sauce.

I completely ruined a Pork Loin tonight with Hoover sauce in the crock pot. It was too strong. Dog would not even eat it. Fat kid next door killed a few sammiches but all the rest of us hated it.

just my opinion but a little Hoover sauce goes along way.
 
That's the way Red feels. I really love it as a steak marinade so I tried it on pork.

Maybe would have been fine as just a marinade but I cooked it in the amount I marinaded it with then pulled it apart in the pot. That was the mistake.
