It depends on use case. Whether a wheeling only rig, overlanding, or camping. Obviously each has different strengths, overlap, and perhaps encroaching on each others strength depending on mods.
There are fundamental limitations in regards to capacity and towing on the Bronco side. For me, it can't haul or tow enough which is a dealbreaker. Trying to host a family, the Bronco is too tiny inside. Day to day livability is also no where near the 200-series.
But the 200-series can be made into a monster all around wheeler with 35/37s, suspension, and lockers.
