I'm not in your area but I can try to help you with what to do. What exactly is the issue besides your "cv axle is out". Did it break? Strip the hub flange splines? Got any pics? Pictures would help all of us diagnose the issue and help you as best we can.

Do you have tools to do a standard front end isolation? Like we do when a front diff breaks?

If you can get the drive flanges removed and the front propeller shaft remvoed then you can lock the center diff and continue in rear wheel drive.

Alternatly, Grand Junction, CO has 'Keiths Garage' and 'Metric TLC'. If Metric has one, Keith can install, both are good 'yota guys.

Yeah, your CV boot is trashed, probably along with the whole CV. Pull the drive flanges and front DS, lock the center, and you can drive.

And your sway bar bushings are gone, not an immediate concern, but def. will make some noise.

The CV/hub shaft is okay to spin where the hub flange would be without causing any issue? Do you need to put any kind of cover over it?
Just checking for the future if I ever break a CV.

Alright, so we're talkin and right now he's in a parts store picking up some PB and a brass drift... wish him luck.
