Im tearing my no.1 oil pan apart as it is leaking like a mofo. When I dropped my no.2 pan I found this in the bottom. Im kinda scared rite now and hope tis isnt anything major and that I can access from below after oil pan num 1 is off. Thanks

Looks like the guide for your timing chain. Well known issue for many years.
Agreed, part of the slipper. It is possible that it has already been repaired and that just ended up in the pan. If you remove the valve cover you can inspect the slipper to see if it is intact. If it is broken the timing cover needs to come off which means the head should also come off.
