How do you all think my rig would look for winter duty with full hardtop and doors, but the top and hatch would be black bedliner, and the uper half of the front doors will be as well? This is not my actual rig, my rig has a lot more black trim on it. Windshield hinges, hood hinges, windshield bumpers, front bumper, sliders, and a black bezel. I don't want to fully restore and prep my hardtop for paint, plus I don't have enough paint to do it anyways. The rig will be doorless and topless most of the time, and I figured the abuse of removing the top and doors everyear, that the bedliner would help. Would this be a waste of time, and should I just paint the doors and stick with my plan to buy a soft top for the winter? The doors are in pristine condition.

Thanks
Jeremy

I'd stick with the soft top where you are. I like the old look but there are going to be time you wished you had the hard top off. Weather in Charleston is not that cold.

soft top it all the way........ you will like the flexiblility of it more. Taking a hard top on and off gets old very quick and it a 2 person job because the dang thing is so awakward.

but if you do bed line it you can find a color to match your red most likely, I used durabak on my 40 and they have a red pretty close to freeborn

good luck
