As long as your axles are 30 spline then you have Warn Premium model 28771. These instructions should help.

It's something crazy like 53mm. I'm just guessing based on the clearance inside the hub wrench I made. It's a LOT cheaper than the real ones and works just as well.
Recipe:
Take a 2.25" - 2" exhaust adapter and mark the large opening with a sharpie at the 6 hex corners of the nut. Put the adapter in a vice right at the marks and tap the corner out with a hammer. Do that slowly for about tow revs and then drill a hole big enough for a half inch extension or something to pry with. Tada. The perfect hub wrench! For less than a buck.

can I ask how you got the bolt and washer off? My hub cap is off but when I try to remove the bolt the axle spins with the bolt. Do I not have the 4wh engaged/disengaged correctly? Need beer!!
