Help! need some FJ40 wisdom on sims/difs (1 Viewer)

To be more specific, what issues would I encounter trying to mount a 65' tub on a 78' chassis/drivetrain. I know the Air conditioning isn't a thing on the 65' model so that would be left out. But as far as body mounts/ drivetrain fitment, what should I keep in mind? any major things that will hinder me? is this even attemptable?

A '65 on a '78? Swap away! You'll have minor issues with the shifter locations, steering column, rear turn signals and other minor things, but it's an easy swap (relatively ).

Absolutely doable. I have a thread around here somewhere where I put a '76 on a '64 frame.
