Help ID hole in firewall FJ40 (1 Viewer)

Could anyone help me identify what when through this hole in the firewall on the passenger side footwell? I checked the forums and it's definitely not for the heating system you can see that piping to the left of it. The hole is approximately 1 1/8' in diameter. I'm trying to figure out what was it for and what is the part number / part to properly plug it to OEM standard.

Looks like a hole someone just drilled…who knows what for. You can get a large rubber plug for it and be done with it.
