Alex is having ice problems. (he has a tree on his house, a big one) Even though he has no phone and trees down everywhere he still was thinking about UC. He wanted me to ask if there was anyone out there who might have an extra invite available for 5 or 6 club members who would like to attend. For one reason or another they couldn't get registered or they were to late. So if you have one please post up so we can get everybody there.

Well from what I got on the other thread Ghen, Myself, and Somebody else each had one. Ghen and I gave ours to Chuck and Misty because Chuck didn't git r done. but theres at least one more floating around.

Does Alex need any help, I'll be home tonight so I could come out there and help him get that tree off his house. Tell him to call me or something. I called Misty earlier and she said I got some big branches down at the house too. One is apparently blockin my drive way. Sure didn't make my day when she told me that. I know JP and Richard and I are goin to a pick and pull tomorrow but we can always go there first and get that tree off his house. Let me know Marshall.

Chuck if its nasty and muddy and all we might not go to the pick and pull until later. I know I dont want to be cold wet and nasty out there and I doubt JP does either. Especially since we'll have to be sitting on the ground for your damn calipers.
 
so there is still one ticket for a member??? since chuck is only one member himself and both gehn and richard have tickets avaible, you only need one ticket right chuck?

No I need 2, I am bringing Misty. I don't mind goin a little later, just let me know, got some things to do but I can do them earlier in the morning.

Did you get some good pics up in the Mts. JP?
 
nope it was too cold................. and don't you think since you goofed up and forgot to registger for the event, that you should be more than happy to take one ticket and let the other ticket go to another club member who forgot as you did :flipoff2: instead of taking two?
 
Yeah I agree, not to hate on Chuck but beggers cant be choosers. Besides Misty would probably rather poke her eyes out with a fork then go to the cruiser unveiling.
 
Damn everyone always wants to bust on Chuck. I mean all I wanted to do was take my gf. It is her birthday on Monday and sat. is the only day I'm gonna get to spend with her, gotta drive to PA on sunday. But I did talk to her and she said she'd drop me off and go shoppin. But I did go back and find out who needed a ticket. Myself and Misty, Toycruiser, Cruiser4life and his brother. And then saw who had an extra one..Rico, Gehn, John, and Matt. So Misty is gonna go shoppin but if we get everyone in without those extra tickets, I'd like to bring her just cause it's a cool thing. Plus I got her one of those string bikini's so I could take pics of her on the cruiser...HAHAHAHAH...Just Kiddin. Hope she don't read this.

Chuck,

You can remove my brother and me from that equation. He's been out of town and came back to no power last night. Power company is giving him an estimate of 3-5 days to restore. Either way, he's headed this way for a weekend of modern conveniences. That being said, I won't be in Greenville staying with him this weekend and neither one of us will be attending the event.

ON AN ADDITIONAL NOTE FOR EVERYONE: I called earlier this week about late registration (since I missed the way everyone else did it). Let's just say it was a cluster for the most part but with persistence, I got to the right person and have a pass waiting for me at the entrance - for anyone's use that wants it since I won't now be attending. Also, if there are any problems with entry in the UC ranks, be sure to ask for Sophie with George P. Johnson. They are the company running the event tomorrow and she is the on-site POC for issue resolution.

So, I have a problem. I put my truck in the shop at the beginning of the week to get all the dents banged out. I was supposed to have it back by today, but since the power was out they weren't able to work on it, so I'm not getting it back until next week. Is there a possibility that I could get a ride from somebody? If I can't get a ride then my invite is up for grabs.
 
John can you get a ride to my house?? we are leaving here at 720 in the morning, we should have plenty of room for you.......... If you can't get a ride here, give me a call at 864 654 3810 and we will get you.
