Recently purchased a 2010 LX570 and used all the valuable insights here to help guide my decision. Now I'll try to pay it back/forward by contributing when appropriate. My first order of biz is to replace the blown rear subwoofer without "investing" $600-800+ for the whole assembly (new). I've spent several hours on here and elsewhere trying to determine the best course and not sure yet what I'll do. Here's wishing y'all a Happy and Prosperous New Year full of laughter and joy?

Did you end up replacing it? If so, can you just removed the grill covering the speaker? Or does the entire seat/side paneling need to come out?
I may try to fix the gasket w/ a repair kit.
