Was dripping fuel whist running, no fuel leak while the engine was off.
Bit the bullet, and now about to button her up.
Get the best 5mm hex wrench possible.
Great idea to tap the bolts with a punch to help loosen them, because they are tight.
I did have to weld a nut onto one nasty bolt.
Make certain you match your bolts to the new cover plate thickness, I will use washers.
Remove front tire and skirting...
While priming before startup, I heard a vaccum leak, hence the clear hose.
The extra filter is for my Webasto.
The last Pic shows fuel hose tie wrapped just in case the clear hose fails. Mind you I have run clear hose for a couple of years on other Yotas

Hi,
looks pretty similar to the 12V HDT. Could you do me the favour and measure the thickness of the ACSD where the long bolt goes through? As this needs to be sleeved?
Cheers Josef
