Have Warn 8274 - need solenoid pack - have the control cable

In order to finish the installation of the Warn 8274 on my '74 FJ I need the solenoid pack.

The FJ came with the winch and the control cable but apparently not the solenoid pack. Might anyone have a good used one for sale? Or can you tell me where to buy?

Commercial sellers have the 38845 pack that includes the control cable but it sells for over $250. Ouch!
