Has anyone tried these on a 60?

Anyone ever tried these wheels on a 60? They are 17" and I think that they are 7" wide. I have looked for days trying to find the back spacing on these wheels, but no luck.

I HAVE seen FJ40s with Chevy truck wheels on them, but I am not sure if they were using those aweful spacers or not...

why would you want to :( poor 60

A few reasons.
$100 for all four, paint them black and they would look pretty good.
There are more options for tire sizes than the 15's
And there are no 16" wheels used that will fit within 300 miles of where I live.
It kills me that I may have to pay $100 each for a set of 16x8" steel wheels.

They don't look like they have enough backspace...looks like a recipe for expensive spacer addition.

Seems like a better route would be used OEM 60 steelies from a part out or junkyard and R15" tires. (as it relates to expense)

or finding used 16" rims with the correct BS to begin with. (3.65" or better)

From what I read the larger wheels handle better with a 16 or 17, I can get the exact size tires that I want. I'm looking to run what equals to be a 33x11 tire, so I think I'm just going to have to bite the bullet and buy a new set. I have been over Craigslist with a fine tooth comb for 3 months and haven't found any 16's that will fit. It's not really about the money more than I can remember when i could have bought the wheels I want for $40 each. Lol and I'm not that old.
