Specifically on a 2F engine 1978. Steering wheels at JToutfitters. What all is needed?

An adapter hub most-likely....... post up a link as to the target...........

The Fj60 wheel is a nice up grade and still maintains the oem feeling........

note: a small mod will be needed to retain turn sig. cancel function......

Don't you like that school bus wheel? If you swap out to any smaller wheel make sure you have pwer steering!!!!

I've got a little chrome 3 spoke wheel/foam grip type.....No power steering....and I like it....Not too bad to steer with....although I'm not trying to steer over rocks and I don't have large tires which both would be a reason for power steering...So, depends on your tires and what you do with it I guess......

no,

no one has attempted this, please post pics when you get it done

I have power steering and kept my large stock 1972 Toyota wheel. Looks awesome to me.

Flash

Kind of right there with you, Flash, though I do use a wheel from a later 40 on my '71 (cracked the original before power steering). I only contemplated going with a smaller wheel when I was 30 lbs. heavier than I am now.:steer:

im interested in seeing what you guys come up with
