according to the site (DATAMANUALS - Workshop Service & Repair Manuals)
"Written by the manufacturers, original workshop manuals contain thousands of pages of diagrams and detailed information for specific vehicle or equipment repair. Original Service Manuals, Wiring Diagrams and Bulletins are the most accurate and complete available."

I want to know if they're really FSM or cheap knock-off.
Any other suggestions for where to get detailed repair info (besides TSI)?

thanks!

That's where I got mine. Cost me $10. I have high speed internet and was able to pull the whole thing overnight. It's $10 for 24 hours access.

BrownBear

Thanks for the link that was sweet.

Thanks Guys!

hj60 - I thought about the techinfo route, but with the majority of my evenings spent watching the 3 young boys in our house I was afraid that I wouldn't have the time to click through all the sections and download. It didn't sound like there a "download all" button. How much clicking did you have to do?

Awesome link, Brownbear! Thank you!

Hmmm, I don't like how DataManuals has the LC listed from 1983-1999 that would not seem to be as good as an FSM.

A lot. .)
It took the better part of an evening. Plus, they all have the same file names, so I had to rename em all as I downloaded em.
But I'm on a budget, and that was the cheapest route.

impatience got the best of me and I went ahead and ordered one. That's when I discovered that they do not offer a downloadable version for the LC! :frown: I'll let you know what it is when I get it.

survey says... BZZZZZ!!! It's a No Go. What I got is what appears to be a ripped-off copy of the Mitchell On Demand "manual". It's a software package circa 2000 that is very difficult to search and does not appear to have good print functionality. I suppose it's got more content than a Haynes' or Chiltons', but I do not think it qualifies as a FSM. I am attempting to get my $$ back and guess I'll try the TIS approach.
