Has anybody, anywhere, seen a cruiser switch like this

The switch has to push in and stay in, the sub fuel does this, the idle-up does this, but they don't have the extra light. The older defogger/demister switch as pictured above does this, but I am chasing a 98 onwards with this exact feature, I had hoped somewhere in the world there would still be one used in a 98 - 06 vehicle in some variant. Most likely in a 98 -02 low spec vehicle?
The ones with the timed function and extra light are done in the electronics elsewhere, not in the switch IIRC .

As mentioned above, the OEM seat heater switch is a 3 position rocker switch, it is "backlit" when the lights are on. "Off" is the middle position, "hi" is the upper position, "low" is the lower position. There are two indicator lights, one each on the "hi" and "low" position to let you know it is engaged. It will stay on/in position until you move it.

Below are some pics from ebay, the first shows where the switch is located, below and to the right of the shifter, the second is a close up.

the seat heater switch has one light in the center for either on or off. it is one where you push in either end, one for "high" one for "low" seat heat. it stays in that position until you push it off.

Thanks jjbodean,

As stated above with photos, I'm chasing a pushbutton switch (not a rocker switch) with light to signify the switch is pressed in. Thanks for your thoughts.
